Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaner to join our team in Maitama, Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients’ properties, ensuring a high standard of work is consistently met. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of working independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash, and cleaning restrooms. Experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of assigned properties (commercial or residential)
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and kitchens
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Cleaning windows and mirrors
- Using and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
- Following safety procedures and regulations
- Adhering to company cleaning standards and procedures
- Communicating effectively with clients and supervisors
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages
Required Skills
- Experience in cleaning (commercial or residential preferred)
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent physical stamina and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a schedule
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry objects

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
