Job Description
The Chief Operating Officer (SME) will be a pivotal leader, driving the strategic operational execution and day-to-day management of a rapidly growing SME within Sagamu, Ogun. This role demands a hands-on approach, blending strategic foresight with robust implementation skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire operational framework, ensuring efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all departments including production, supply chain, logistics, human resources, and technology.
