Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glassware, and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and pleasant dining environment.
- Assist with the preparation and arrangement of food and beverage stations, buffets, and bars.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including serving stations, back-of-house areas, and banquet rooms.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Assist with breakdown and clean-up of banquet rooms and equipment after events.
