Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet halls, dining areas, and service stations according to event specifications and layouts.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests during events.
- Clear tables and promptly remove used dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
- Assist with plate preparation, portioning, and garnishing in coordination with the kitchen team.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of service areas, food stations, and guest tables throughout events.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with the breakdown of event spaces, including cleaning, stacking chairs, and packing equipment.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service roles (minimum 6 months).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
