Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are presented attractively and maintained at appropriate temperatures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service and food preparation areas.
- Interact with guests, responding to their requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Replenish supplies and maintain inventory of service items during events.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the catering team to ensure smooth event execution.
