Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients under supervision.
- Help set up and arrange dining areas, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations, before events or service times.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and serving areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Transport food, beverages, and equipment to and from various locations as required.
- Assist with serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring a pleasant and efficient service experience.
- Support the catering team with post-event breakdown and cleanup, packing up equipment and ensuring facilities are left tidy.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
