Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decor.
- Help with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, and portioning ingredients under supervision.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and ensure all serving areas are kept clean and organized throughout events.
- Restock supplies, utensils, and condiments as needed to maintain service efficiency.
- Transport food, equipment, and supplies to and from event locations safely.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in food handling and service.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and needs with a friendly demeanor.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and event coordinators to ensure seamless event execution.
- Perform general cleaning duties of kitchen equipment, work areas, and dining spaces after events.
