Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of various food items, including sandwiches, salads, hot meals, and snacks, following Appèl's quality standards.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly, efficient, and professional demeanor, anticipating their needs.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in all catering areas, including kitchens, serving counters, dining spaces, and storage areas.
- Set up and clear down dining areas, ensuring an inviting, organized, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all meals and events.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all operational guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
- Replenish stock of food, beverages, and supplies as needed, ensuring proper rotation to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and reporting any shortages or damages.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and special requests promptly and courteously to enhance their experience.
- Support the Head Chef and Catering Manager with daily operations, event preparation, and special functions.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food handling regulations, including HACCP principles.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive working atmosphere.
