Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves supporting the catering team in all aspects of event preparation and execution, from setting up and maintaining food stations to ensuring the smooth running of events. You will work closely with the head chef and other team members to ensure all catering events are delivered to the highest standards, creating a positive and memorable experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling food items.
- Setting up and maintaining food stations at events, ensuring they are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown.
- Maintaining hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.

- Helping with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
