Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other payment methods securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and general shopping needs.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper product placement.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting low stock items.
- Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
