Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring proper change is given.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and report any discrepancies.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding cash handling and security.
- Promote loyalty programs or special offers when applicable.

- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a retail environment.
