Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring client safety.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying living areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Provide medication reminders (not administration).
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments.
- Engage clients in stimulating activities, hobbies, and social interactions.
- Document care activities accurately and communicate observations to the care team.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and client care plans.
Required Skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety protocols.

- Previous experience in a caregiving role, personal or professional.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
