Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, including assistance with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming).
- Administer medication as prescribed and record accurately, adhering to strict protocols.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Support with light household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in clients' health or well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
