Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and thoroughly wash, dry, and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, according to Wash Worx standards.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and effectively, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients warmly and addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Perform pre-wash services, including bug removal, wheel cleaning, and interior vacuuming.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including washing bay, vacuum stations, and customer areas.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Assist with directing traffic and guiding vehicles through the car wash process.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service quality.
