Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with car wash service selection.
- Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-wash duties, including spraying down vehicles and removing loose debris.
- Operate automated car wash equipment and manual washing tools effectively.
- Thoroughly hand dry vehicles and perform interior/exterior detailing as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash bays and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and report any malfunctions.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately, if required.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
