Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive car washes, including pre-soak, scrubbing, rinsing, and drying, ensuring a spotless exterior.
- Execute thorough interior detailing tasks such as vacuuming upholstery, carpets, and floor mats; cleaning and conditioning dashboards, door panels, and consoles.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and chrome to a streak-free shine.
- Apply tire dressing, wheel cleaning, and rim polishing.
- Perform waxing, polishing, and paint sealant applications as required by service packages.
- Operate and maintain car wash equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and products are properly stored.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients, answering questions, and assisting with service selection.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately (if required).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Assist with other general duties as assigned by management.
