Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate sales.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accurately record customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and ongoing coaching opportunities.
- Adhere to company policies, sales scripts (where applicable), and compliance regulations.
