Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily household operations, ensuring impeccable standards of service and organisation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for principals and guests, providing attentive and proactive service.
- Supervise and train other household staff to ensure cohesive team performance.
- Manage household inventories (silver, china, linen, wine cellars) with meticulous record-keeping.
- Coordinate and execute formal dining service, including table setting and beverage service for events.
- Oversee wardrobe management, including packing/unpacking and dry cleaning liaison.
- Manage household budgets, expense tracking, and procurement of supplies.
- Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and special projects.
- Handle travel arrangements and itinerary management for the principals.
- Ensure the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants.
- Anticipate and fulfil the principals' needs with discretion and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-level private household role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a refined demeanour.
- Impeccable organisational and time management abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of formal dining service, etiquette, and protocol.
- Strong understanding of luxury asset care (antiques, artwork, fine wines).
- High degree of discretion, loyalty, and trustworthiness.
- Proficiency in managing and motivating household staff.

- Valid UK driving license with a clean record.
