Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring all areas are maintained to impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Provide exemplary personal service to the principals, including wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and serving meals and beverages according to established protocols.
- Coordinate, train, and supervise other household staff, such as housekeepers, gardeners, and chefs, fostering a harmonious and efficient team.
- Welcome and attend to guests with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, anticipating and managing their comfort and requests.
- Oversee inventory and procurement of household supplies, fine wines, spirits, and luxury goods, ensuring stock levels are meticulously maintained.
- Implement and adhere to household security protocols, liaising with security personnel and managing access as required.
- Manage household budgets and petty cash, maintaining accurate financial records and reporting.
- Arrange and manage appointments, travel itineraries, and special events for the principals with precision and discretion.
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times, respecting the privacy and personal affairs of the household.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks within the residence or coordinate external contractors for larger issues.
- Ensure all valuable items, including silver, china, and crystal, are cared for, cleaned, and stored appropriately.
- Assist with pet care, including feeding, walking, and grooming, if applicable within the household.

- Demonstrable experience (minimum 5 years) in household management within a private residence or luxury hospitality setting.
