You will be instrumental in identifying bottlenecks, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like automation and AI, and implementing strategic changes that deliver measurable impact.

As a BPR Consultant, you will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, from front-line employees to executive leadership, to understand their current state operations, pinpoint areas for improvement, and define a clear future state vision. You will then design innovative solutions, develop implementation roadmaps, and guide clients through the change management process. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, exceptional communication, and a deep understanding of various business functions. You will contribute to projects that span across finance, supply chain, HR, customer service, and more, always with an eye towards delivering sustainable value and competitive advantage. If you thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment where you can make a tangible difference, we invite you to apply. This is an opportunity to shape the future of business with one of the world’s leading consulting firms, working alongside brilliant minds and leveraging global resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients’ current business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for optimization.
  • Design and develop future-state process maps, operating models, and innovative solutions leveraging best practices and emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, analytics).
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, present findings, build consensus, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and change management strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of implemented BPR initiatives, demonstrating tangible business value.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes relevant to business process reengineering.
  • Contribute to the development of Accenture’s BPR methodologies, tools, and intellectual capital.
  • Mentor junior consultants and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the practice.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in process analysis, design, and implementation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS) and project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MIS).
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), PMP, or CBAP.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives and the application of technologies like RPA, AI/ML, and cloud solutions.
