Job Description
As a Business Intelligence Consultant at Chams Plc, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to understand their business needs, design and implement effective data solutions, and communicate your findings clearly and concisely. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data used in our business intelligence systems. Your contributions will significantly impact the company’s ability to achieve its strategic goals and adapt to the ever-changing business landscape. Key Responsibilities

- Designing, developing, and maintaining data models and databases.
- Creating and implementing data visualization tools (dashboards, reports) using BI tools.
- Performing data quality checks and ensuring data integrity.
- Identifying and troubleshooting data issues and implementing solutions.
- Developing and documenting data processes and procedures.
- Communicating technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business intelligence initiatives.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the business intelligence field.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Data modeling and database design expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
