Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect fares from passengers and issue accurate tickets.
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and handling their luggage, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
- Maintain order and ensure passenger comfort and safety inside the bus throughout the journey.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with passengers, providing information on routes, stops, and schedules.
- Work collaboratively with the bus driver to ensure adherence to assigned routes and schedules.
- Handle all financial transactions responsibly, ensuring daily reconciliation of collected fares.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues to management promptly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentability of the bus interior before, during, and after shifts.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
