Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Block Maker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of block manufacturing processes, from raw material handling to finished product quality control. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety regulations. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective production of high-quality concrete blocks, ensuring adherence to company standards and client specifications. The position involves working both independently and as part of a team, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. Key Responsibilities
- Operating block-making machinery efficiently and safely.
- Ensuring the quality of blocks meets company standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the production area.
- Assisting in the handling and mixing of raw materials.
- Adhering to safety protocols and reporting any accidents or hazards.
- Contributing to improving production processes.
- Performing routine maintenance on machinery as needed.
- Participating in inventory management of raw materials and finished blocks.
