Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of beauty treatments including manicures, pedicures, waxing, threading, facials, body massages, and specialized treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and customize services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for services and retail products through effective recommendations.
- Maintain immaculate standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all treatment areas and equipment.
- Manage appointment bookings and client records accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and training.
- Actively participate in salon promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute positively to a harmonious and professional salon environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Required Skills
- Internationally recognized Beauty Therapy qualification (e.g., ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP)
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or spa environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in a wide range of beauty treatments (nails, waxing, facials, massage).
- Strong sales and client retention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
- High level of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
