Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, patching walls, and minor carpentry work.
- Conduct basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining fixtures.
- Carry out minor electrical work, such as replacing light bulbs, switches, and performing simple wiring checks (where qualified and safe to do so).
- Inspect and maintain the overall condition of the building, including offices, workshops, and customer reception areas.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, stored, and accounted for.
- Assist with general grounds keeping and upkeep of exterior areas, including minor landscaping tasks if required.
- Identify and report larger maintenance issues requiring specialized attention to management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist with moving furniture, equipment, or supplies as needed for various operational requirements.
