Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, ingredients, and bar tools.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Adhere strictly to all responsible serving practices and local licensing laws.
- Manage beverage inventory, assist with ordering, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor patrons for signs of intoxication and act responsibly in accordance with policies.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or pub environment (minimum 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and experience with POS systems.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
