Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Manage bar stock, including inventory, ordering, rotation, and minimizing wastage.
- Ensure the bar area, glassware, and equipment are consistently clean, organized, and meet stringent hygiene standards.
- Adhere strictly to all liquor licensing laws, responsible alcohol service guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with other F&B team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of new products or techniques.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Bartender/Barman in a reputable establishment (hotel, restaurant, or bar).
