Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, mixers, and garnishes.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, assisting with stock ordering and rotation.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with other F&B staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and experiment with new cocktail recipes and beverage offerings.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar for opening and closing shifts.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barman/Bartender in a reputable establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.
- High level of professionalism and a friendly, engaging personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in a F&B setting.
