Key Responsibilities
- Mastering the operation of espresso machines and all coffee-making equipment.
- Grinding coffee beans, preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, milkshakes, etc.) according to Mugg & Bean standards.
- Learning and executing latte art techniques.
- Providing exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, and handling payments efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully stocked coffee station and work area.
- Adhering strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assisting with inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring supplies.
- Engaging positively with customers, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
