As our Barista, you will be the heart of the hotel café, responsible for welcoming guests with a warm smile and creating memorable beverage moments. Furthermore, effective inventory management, including monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and placing orders as needed, will be part of your daily routine. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Prepare and serve a diverse menu of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate, clean, and maintain all coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and room charge transactions using a POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, seating, and back-of-house storage.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other supplies.
- Provide expert recommendations on menu items and upsell offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required Skills
