Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and fresh juices.
- Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Support room service operations by preparing and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of beverage orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café area, equipment, and workstations to the highest standards.
- Manage and monitor café inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting needs as required.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company financial procedures.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Continuously seek to improve coffee knowledge and preparation techniques and learn new recipes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a hotel or high-volume café setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation.
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality and presentation.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory.
