Career.supersecrets is seeking enthusiastic and aspiring individuals to join our partners’ teams as an Entry-Level Barista in the beautiful Emirate of Fujairah. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about coffee and customer service, eager to learn the art of coffee making, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for patrons. As an Entry-Level Barista, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering outstanding service with a warm smile and ensuring every cup meets the highest standards of quality. This role is perfect for individuals with little to no prior experience in coffee, but a strong desire to learn and grow within the vibrant food and beverage industry. We are looking for someone who is reliable, a team player, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. You will be thoroughly trained on various coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, milk frothing, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Beyond coffee, you will also assist with preparing other beverages and light food items, managing inventory, and handling transactions accurately. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment with care and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting all customers warmly and taking orders accurately and promptly.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workstation and café area at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, informing management of low stock.
- Assist with basic food preparation and presentation, such as pastries or sandwiches, as required.
- Learn and adapt to new menu items, promotions, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.
- Address customer feedback and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
