Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, counter, and seating area.
- Monitor inventory and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Educate customers on menu items, coffee blends, and preparation methods.
- Ensure excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a café setting.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
