Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, adhering to Kivu Serena Hotel's quality standards.
- Operate and maintain all coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, taking orders and processing payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other café supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
