Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and maintain accurate till records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Educate customers on menu items, coffee blends, and preparation methods.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the café as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably for at least 6 months.
- Proficiency in operating espresso machines and grinders.
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and drink preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
