Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverage items according to Dunkin' recipes and quality standards.
- Operate all coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, blenders, and other food preparation tools safely and efficiently.
- Accurately take customer orders using a point-of-sale (POS) system and efficiently handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization for the coffee station, front counter, dining area, and restrooms throughout your shift.
- Monitor and replenish inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, lids, pastries, and other supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting all guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns professionally and promptly.
- Strictly adhere to all local, state, and federal food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations, achieve sales goals, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stocking, and preparing for the next shift.
