Key Responsibilities
- Prepare barber stations with fresh towels, sanitized tools, and necessary supplies before appointments.
- Clean and sanitize barber chairs, mirrors, and workstations thoroughly after each client.
- Manage laundry, including washing, drying, and folding towels and capes.
- Greet clients warmly, offer beverages, and escort them to their designated barber station.
- Assist barbers with shampooing clients' hair and providing relaxing scalp massages.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the barbershop, including waiting areas and restrooms.
- Sweep hair clippings from the floor regularly throughout the day.
- Restock retail products and ensure displays are neat and appealing.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client flow during busy periods.
- Observe and learn barbering techniques and client interaction skills from experienced professionals.
