Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and control budgets, track sales, and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing at all times.
- Organize and manage events, promotions, and special evenings to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail creation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
