Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, and wines, adhering to company recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and supplies are replenished.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Handle cash and card transactions, balance the till at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with other lounge and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control for beverages and bar supplies.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bar Attendant, preferably in a lounge, restaurant, or hotel setting.
- Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktail preparation techniques.
