Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and coffees, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and glassware is spotless.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when appropriate.
- Process guest payments efficiently and accurately using POS systems, handling cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene responsibly when necessary, adhering to all licensing laws and hotel policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and reporting low stock levels.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when required.
