Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware and supplies.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service practices.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including liquor licensing laws.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies.
- Provide recommendations and upsell beverages when appropriate.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the bar, including cash reconciliation.
