Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, recommending drinks and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and reporting low stock levels.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Adhere to all local and national liquor laws and responsible service guidelines.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the bar, ensuring readiness for service and proper securement.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bar Attendant or Bartender.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent cash handling and POS system proficiency.
