Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, dishware, and decorations, according to event specifications and diagrams.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously, ensuring high standards of presentation and service throughout the event.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests politely and efficiently, maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor.
- Clear tables, refresh drinks, and remove used dishes and cutlery discreetly to maintain a clean and pleasant dining environment.
- Work collaboratively with the banquet team, kitchen staff, and event planners to ensure smooth event flow and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
- Handle all equipment and supplies with care, ensuring they are properly cleaned, stored, and accounted for after each event.
- Assist guests with special requests or accommodate dietary needs as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times, representing the venue and Career.supersecrets with excellence.
