Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retail and small business clients, addressing their financial needs and inquiries with expert advice.
- Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Advise clients on various banking products and services, such as savings accounts, current accounts, personal and business loans, credit cards, and digital banking solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell suitable financial products and services to clients based on their assessed financial goals and life stages.
- Assist clients with loan and credit applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, banking regulations, and compliance requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex cases to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer records and update client information in the bank's systems, adhering to data protection guidelines.
- Actively participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on new products, services, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Contribute significantly to the branch's overall sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
