Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque cashing.
- Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer, balancing it at the end of each shift and reporting any discrepancies.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances, services, and other banking-related questions.
- Educate customers on various bank products and services, identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., AML, KYC).
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer information and bank operations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, assisting colleagues as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
