Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on bank products and services.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments, while adhering to bank procedures.
- Assist customers with account opening procedures, loan applications, and other banking service requests.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services, such as savings accounts, current accounts, mobile banking, and digital solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all internal bank policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML).
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all customer interactions.
- Contribute to achieving branch targets for customer acquisition, retention, and product sales.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
