We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bakery Owner to manage all aspects of our thriving bakery. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, a passion for baking, and exceptional leadership qualities. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of bakery operations, including production, inventory management, staff supervision, customer service, and financial management. You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring high-quality product consistency, and driving profitability. You will also be involved in menu development, marketing initiatives, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The successful candidate will be a hands-on owner who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside their team, while also possessing the strategic vision to guide the bakery’s future growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities
