Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight checks of helicopters and helipad facilities.
- Assist pilots with aircraft positioning, marshalling, and securing procedures.
- Ensure passenger safety during boarding, disembarkation, and movement around the helipad.
- Provide clear and concise safety briefings to passengers before each flight.
- Manage passenger manifests, luggage handling, and ticketing verification.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the helipad, lounge areas, and ground equipment.
- Operate ground support equipment (e.g., tugs, power units) as required and trained.
- Communicate effectively with flight crew, dispatch, and air traffic control (when applicable).
- Monitor weather conditions and relay relevant information to pilots.
- Adhere strictly to all company operational procedures, safety regulations, and international aviation standards.
