Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test algorithms for various aspects of autonomous driving systems, including perception, planning, and control.
- Develop and maintain simulation environments for testing and validating autonomous driving algorithms.
- Integrate various sensors, such as LiDAR, radar, and cameras, into the autonomous system.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomous driving technology into vehicles.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of autonomous driving systems to ensure safety and reliability.
- Analyze and interpret data from sensor systems and simulations to improve autonomous driving performance.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the overall autonomous driving system architecture.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in autonomous driving technology.
Required Skills
- Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB.
- Strong understanding of sensor fusion, perception, planning, and control algorithms.
- Experience with sensor calibration and data processing techniques.
- Familiarity with various sensor technologies, including LiDAR, radar, and cameras.
- Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) or similar frameworks.
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques for autonomous driving.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the development of autonomous driving systems.
- Experience with automotive-grade hardware and software.
