Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and deliver comprehensive automotive technical training programs (theory and practical) for various vehicle systems, including engine management, electrical systems, braking, suspension, and air conditioning.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions in a workshop environment, demonstrating proper diagnostic, repair, and maintenance procedures.
- Assess technician competency through written exams, practical assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to technicians, guiding their professional development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new vehicle technologies, diagnostic tools, and manufacturer specifications.
- Prepare training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and assessment tools.
- Manage and maintain training equipment, tools, and vehicles, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
- Collaborate with service managers and technical teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Track and report on training outcomes and technician performance improvements.
Required Skills
- Advanced technical knowledge of automotive systems (mechanical, electrical, electronic)
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic equipment and specialized tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Portuguese and English)
- Demonstrated ability to teach and explain complex technical concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant Vocational/Technical Degree or Diploma in Automotive Technology or Engineering.
